- Fill in the form
- Sign it

Cancellations / Refunds
The registration fee will be refunded minus a € 70.00 handling fee for cancellations received in writing before April 21. For registrations cancelled after April 21 no refunds are possible.
Activities covered by the ESHO Annual Meeting registration fee
ESHO members, Non-members, Students, Research Fellows, Radiologist Technicians:
Participation in scientific sessions, meeting kit, abstract book, welcome reception, lunches, coffee and tea breaks as indicated in the program.
Accompanying persons:
Welcome reception, lunches, coffee and tea breaks.
