Rates are per room per night, including breakfast, service charge and applicable taxes. Rooms are subject to availability. Partners stay free of charge.
Accommodation Booking Details
It is recommended to book your hotel room through HotelService Rotterdam as they provide sharp offers.
Your room reservation will be confirmed as soon as HotelService Rotterdam receives the reservation and the amount stated in the deposit required field. A first deposit of € 125,00 is required to secure your reservation. Full stay needs to be paid to HotelService Rotterdam on April 5, 2010 at the latest. The mentioned rates are per room per night, including breakfast and taxes unless specified differently.
Booking Policy
All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”. Deadline for hotel bookings is April 5, 2010. After this deadline requests will be accepted, however, hotel accommodation will be subject to availability. Furthermore, after this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card and a late booking fee of € 30.00 will be charged.
Cancellations / Refunds
If your hotel reservation is cancelled until April 5, 2010 the deposit will be refunded, less a € 60.00 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after April 5, 2010 no refunds can be made. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30.00. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to HotelService Rotterdam. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the originally booked dates the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.
Partner Stays Free of Charge in the Hotel During an International Congress
As from today onwards, partners of international congress participants stay free of charge in Rotterdam. This hospitality campaign includes overnight stays including breakfast and a Rotterdam Welcome Card, which offers many discounts. This offer is only valid for hotel rooms booked in Rotterdam in NH Atlanta and Golden Tulip Rotterdam Centre through HotelService Rotterdam. If you wish to apply for the “partner for free”, please book a single room and send an e-mail including your confirmation number and relationship to the partner.
Pre- and/or Post-conference Bookings
If you wish to make a booking arriving earlier or departing later than the dates mentioned in the hotel booking form, please book the available nights on the reservation website and contact HotelService Rotterdam to arrange the pre- and/or post conference nights.
