How to Register for the Meeting
To register for the meeting, you are kindly requested to
- Download and open the
Registration PDF - Fill in the form on your monitor
- Print the whole document (2 pages)
- Sign it
- Fax both pages to the Organizing Secretariat COGEST M. & C. together with the payment of the fee.
The Organizing Secretariat will send you an official receipt for the payment and further organizing information. Remember that public institutions registering their employees must specify the request for VAT exemption on the form. Once the invoice is issued, any change will incur an extra expense of € 20,00 + VAT. If the organization does not pay by the beginning of the meeting, payment has to be made by the participant, who will receive an invoice addressed to the institution.

- Money order is to be made to COGEST M. & C., current account number 000005233961, CIN H, ABI 02008, CAB 11705, IBAN IT 49H0200811705000005233961, BIC SWIFT UNCRITB1M03, on UNICREDIT BANCA AGENCY Piazza Bra 26/A, Verona Italy specifying the surname of the person you are making the payment for; copy of the bank receipt must be mailed with the form.
- Credit card, filling in the appropriate box in the form (AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, MASTERCARD/EUROCARD, VISA)
Other forms of payment will not be accepted (postal order, cash, etc.)
The registration fee for the 25th Annual Meeting of the ESHO (VAT 20% included) covers:
- ESHO members, Non-members, Radiologist Technicians, Students and Research Fellows: Participation in the scientific sessions, conference kit, abstracts book, certificate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the program.
- Accompanying persons: Participation in the social program including guided tours of Verona and Garda Lake.
The registration fee for the Special Symposium UP-DATE IN PSYCHO-ONCOLOGY Quality of life in cancer patients, Distress and diagnosis communication covers:
- participation only in the special symposium, symposium kit, certificate of attendance, coffee break (in the morning) and lunch.
The registration fee for the Pre-Conference Event Educational Day covers:
- participation only in the Educational Event and the certificate of attendance.
