Hotel reservation and payment
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference delegates, in 3 and 4 star hotels located in the historical centre of Verona at the following special rates (breakfast and VAT included) valid until April 20.
How to make the hotel reservation
To make a hotel reservation, you are kindly requested to
- Download and open the
Reservation PDF - Fill out the PDF reservation form on the monitor
- Print it
- Sign it
- Fax the page to the Organizing Secretariat COGEST M. & C.
We ask you to send the reservation form prior to April 20th; bookings after this date will be subject to availability. Participants will receive a booking confirmation including the name and address of the assigned hotel.

Methods of payment
To make the hotel reservation, you are kindly requested to pay with a credit card and to tick the appropriate box on the hotel reservation form. The booking fee of € 13,00 will be charged to your credit card as booking fee and invoiced by COGEST M. & C. BUSINESS & TRAVEL. In order to secure your reservation, the hotel requires a credit card as guarantee. Your card will only be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out. The hotel accommodation charge will be invoiced directly by the hotel.
Rates are intended per night, breakfast and Vat included. The number of single room is limited. Once they are all booked, double as single rooms will be assigned.
Cancellation and refunds
- Notification of cancellation before April 20 2009:
€ 13,00 (VAT included) will be held exclusively as booking fees. - In case of cancellation from April 21 2009 onwards:
€ 13,00 (VAT included) as agency fee and the amount of one night stay will be held. - In case of no show the entire amount and booking fees (€ 13,00) will be held.
For all ESHO members:
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference delegates, payment of the ESHO membership fee for 2009 as confirmed by the ESHO secretary is required to register as an ESHO member.
Social and Tourist Program
A Conference Dinner will be held on Friday, June 5th at the XVIII century-old patrician palace Palazzo Verità Poeta in Verona city center - Vicolo S. Silvestro 6/A, 37122 Verona. Requested contribution: € 40,00 per Person.
Guided tours of Verona and Garda Lake for accompanying persons.
